These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fly33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using any fly33 service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to every person who accesses or uses fly33, including its website, mobile applications, customer support channels and all betting and gaming services offered under the fly33 brand.

The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a mobile phone number, a chosen username and a secure password. One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one active fly33 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or devices — is strictly prohibited. fly33 may merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and void any balances or bonuses associated with them.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fly33 will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@fly33.biz.
Accurate information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate and up to date. fly33 may request documentary evidence to verify any detail you provide. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
fly33 operates an 18+ only policy without exception. We take age verification seriously and implement checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. If our checks indicate that an account holder may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports bets placed on fly33.
Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until fly33's system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Confirmation will appear in your account's bet history. In rare cases — typically caused by a rapid odds change during the submission process — a bet may be declined. If this happens, your stake is returned immediately.
Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum stake per bet selection is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market and event and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. fly33 reserves the right to apply individual account limits where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
Odds changes: Odds displayed on fly33 are updated in real time. The odds at which a bet is accepted are those shown at the exact moment of confirmation — not the odds displayed when you first opened the betting slip. If odds change significantly between opening and submitting your bet, fly33 may accept at the new odds or offer the option to accept or decline.
Void bets: A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result, a clear pricing error is identified, the event details were materially different from what was advertised, or fly33 identifies evidence of match manipulation in the relevant event. Voided bets are refunded in full.
In-play betting: In-play bets on fly33 are subject to a brief delay between submission and acceptance to allow for odds recalculation. This delay is typically under two seconds. In-play bets placed after an event-changing moment — a goal, wicket, or similar — may be voided if the delay period overlapped with that moment.
All casino games available on fly33 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games and virtual sports simulations — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems in use are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to verify statistical fairness.
Return to Player (RTP): Each game's RTP — the theoretical percentage of wagered money returned to players over a statistically large number of rounds — is available in the individual game's information section. RTP is a long-run statistical measure and does not guarantee any outcome in a given session.
Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, fly33 will investigate using server-side logs. If the malfunction prevented a fair result from being determined, the affected round will be voided and the stake refunded. fly33 is not liable for malfunction claims where server logs confirm the game completed normally.
Session awareness: The fast pace of casino and crash games on fly33 means it is easy for time and money to pass quickly. Players are encouraged to use the session timer and deposit limit tools available in their account settings before starting a gaming session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fly33. Engaging in any of them may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
Voluntary closure: You may close your fly33 account at any time by contacting support@fly33.biz. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
fly33-initiated closure: fly33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion, including in circumstances where: prohibited activity is identified; account information cannot be verified; the account has been dormant for 24 consecutive months; or continued operation of the account would create legal or compliance risk for fly33.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from fly33 for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a cooling-off period (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support. Once a self-exclusion is in place, fly33 will not reactivate the account during the exclusion period regardless of subsequent requests.

fly33 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fly33 will notify registered players by email and via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory directive.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent revision was published. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of fly33 after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of fly33's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of fly33 shall first be referred to fly33's customer support team for informal resolution. fly33 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to fly33's licensing authority's dispute resolution process. Details of the escalation procedure are available from our support team on request.
In no event shall either party initiate legal proceedings before the informal resolution process has been exhausted.
